Before you arrive

Planning a visit to the salon:

Camilla’s is a quaint salon. We please ask that you keep your party small, one or two guests is best.  We require an appointment to insure you a fitting room since there are only a few fitting rooms. We will try to accommodate walk-ins as best as possible – although we prefer to be able to give our clients proper attention. Appointments are set for one hour.

The salon is in a great neighborhood – there are lots places to catch up with your friends and family. Feel free to ask for details we will gladly suggest convenient locations for you.

Bridal Information:

When you arrive it is helpful to have an idea of the styles you are interested in. You can use descriptions or even pictures from magazines and/or the designers’ sites. It is best to try on dresses with an open mind.

 We can provide undergarments and shoes if you request. Feel free to bring your favorites if you prefer.

Salon samples are usually size 10. Camilla’s does have select styles in other sizes. Once you try on a dress, we will try to give you an idea of what the dress will look like when ordered to your size. We will also make suggestions as well as show you multiple options for bustles, straps, removal or addition of details.

Ordering a bridal dress can range in timeframe according to designer. Rush orders could be available.

If your time frame is short you may want to consider purchasing a floor sample.

Bridesmaids & Mothers:

 The timeframe for bridesmaids and mothers dresses vary ranging from in stock to 14 weeks.  Rush orders could be available.

 If members of your bridal party are located out of state/country have the ladies measured (Camilla’s recommends getting measured by a local professional). Then contact Camilla’s with the measurements, names and payment information.
